Paula Rodriguez

International Program Director

Paula Rodríguez is a graduate of Del Valle University in Guatemala with a diploma in Education in Human values. She has over twenty years of experience working in education, pedagogical mediation, project management, and rural development. Since 2012 Paula has been the International Program Director at the Coffee Trust and has a plethora of experience in education, organic agricultural practices, honey production, micro-finances, economic development, and food and health security—she has notably received a diploma in Food Security. She brings with her a defined social vocation and significant achievements in strengthening organizations of small producers and the management of non-reimbursable funds.
