Marina Oriel

Research Director and Outreach Coordinator

Marina earned a BS in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont and an MS in Sustainable Food Systems from Green Mountain College. She has a wide range of experience working with education programs related to food security and sustainable agriculture, as well as nonprofit fundraising and outreach. Marina joined The Coffee Trust in 2015 as the Community Engagement Coordinator, and took on the role of Research Director and Outreach Coordinator in 2020. She lives in Portland, Oregon with her dogs, Korra and Ruby.
